Lauren Gismondi is a native NYer who somehow has never been able to stop laughing at herself. Growing up in NYC's shadow, Long Island, gave her a distinct perspective on the arts. There was always music on in her childhood home, and that made a lasting impression. She began singing in church at the age of six, and has let little stop her since then. Lauren started studying classical music in high school, and went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre at SUNY Fredonia in western New York. After graduating, she took to the regional theatre scene, playing roles to audiences both large and small.

Winning this item offers two private voice lessons with Lauren, sought after for her collaborative approach and pedagogical style. She teaches musical theater, pop/rock, jazz, and opera to students of all ages and levels. Lessons may be held online or in person in NYC.
